Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Shopping Made Easy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Shopping Made Easy application for your personal, family use
• Create and manage shopping lists, recipes, and meal plans
• Invite family members to collaborate on shared lists

This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

Subscription and Payments

Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial period.

Subscription Plans: After the trial, you can choose from our Basic ($0.99/month), Family ($1.99/month), or Premium ($3.99/month) plans.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months of service, downgrade costs, or refunds for months unused with an active account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Spam or harass other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and share on Shopping Made Easy (shopping lists, recipes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your family members.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopping Made Easy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
